SHIPPING POLICY
We do our very best to offer FREE shipping for most of our products of any amount. However, some manufacturers require a shipping surcharge that we are not able to absorb since we are a small business. PLEASE check the product page if the product is eligible for free shipping If free shipping is not available, we charge a $10 flat fee; we send via UPS Ground and you get a tracking number as soon as it is sent out

**** US warehouses order processing usually takes 2-5 business days
***** Oversees warehouses order processing typically varies from 3-7 business days.
Shipping time varies by location. Many of our products delivered from oversees take10-14 business days. Others, may take longer up to 65 days.
*This does not include our 1-7 day processing time.
*All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays.
Please be aware that some items take up to 30 days or more to receive.
*Keep in mind we are experiencing a slight delay in orders due to Covid-19. We are working effortlessly to ensure a timely delivery.
LOST/MISSING PACKAGES
Best Buys Lighting a.k.a BBL&Co. is not liable if an incorrect address is used during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order.
CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may incur additional customs related fees upon arrival to your country.
P.O. BOXES
Not all items can be shipped to P.O. Boxes. If this is the case with an item you ordered we will reach out to you via e-mail to request an alternate delivery address.
Refund Policy
At Best Buys Lighting a.k.a BBL&Co. we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases and shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your item for a return authorization. After reviewing, we will email you a return authorization and further instructions. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer as well as 25% restocking fee.
