Ioan Nemtoi is a Romanian glass artist born in 1964. He graduated in 1991 from the Art Academy in Bucharest with a Bachelor of Arts in Ceramics, Glass and China. Initially he wanted to study sculpture, but since the class was full he chose the glass department.
