Refund Policy

At Best Buys Lighting aka BBL&Co. we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases and shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your item for a return authorization. We ask you to send us detailed pictures and an explanation for the return. The product must be unused and have the original packaging it came in. 

After reviewing and approving the return, we will email you a return authorization and further instructions. Please be aware, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer as well as 25% restocking fee.  Please note: returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. Some items will not be eligible for return or exchange. This will be noted in the item description for the product. To avoid any problems, we strongly encourage and ask you to view all descriptions, measurements, and photos, as well as contact us with any questions BEFORE purchasing.
